The process of "reserving a plot of land" through the website constitutes the submission of an "expression of interest" and is not a final sales contract.
A reservation does not guarantee ownership of the plot. A sale is confirmed only after direct contact with our sales team, completion of official procedures, and payment of the required amounts.
The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any reservation request at its own discretion.
Information shown on the interactive maps (such as plot status: available, reserved, sold, and plot details) is updated regularly, but may not reflect the real-time status with 100% accuracy. Information provided by the sales team is considered final and authoritative.
